4. Eligibility and Accounts
4.1 Age Requirements
The Service is intended for use by adults.
Children may only use the Service under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

EU consumers retain any statutory withdrawal rights that cannot be waived.
6. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights

7.3 AI-Generated Content
Subject to these Terms:
• You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use, download, print, and display AI-Generated Content for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise stated in your plan.
• AI-Generated Content may be similar or identical to content generated for other users.
• We do not guarantee originality or exclusivity of AI-Generated Content.
8. AI-Specific Disclaimers
AI-Generated Content is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
You are solely responsible for reviewing content before sharing it with children or third parties.
LuluStories does not provide educational, psychological, or professional advice.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Service Availability and Changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
